- Mentoring Program: Do you have some time and want to really learn and get hands-on experience? We are looking for people who can help with our business and in return we wiill coach you about real estate investing. We will teach you about marketing, how to find deals, how to analyze property, negotiation, managing a rehab job, and finding buyers.
- Birddogging: If you notice a property driving around or find out about a home that is a good deal, forward us the address and if we buy, we will pay you $500! See the home page of the website to understand the type of property we buy.
- Rehab a home: Sometimes we have too many projects going at once or due to taxes reasons we need to sell quickly. If you want to really learn the rehab business you need to "Just Do It". We can "wholesale" a home to you for a small profit so you can have the BIG PROFITS! If you don't want to do the work yourself, we will set you up with our contractors and coach you through the process.
- Financial Partner: If you have the money or resources but don't have the time, this is a perfect fit. How would you like to get a safe 10-12% return or higher on your money secured by real estate?
